Our Christmas Vacation

It's been almost 2 months since I made my last post. I just became preoccupied with some other things. Good thing, we still had our Christmas vacation.

Just like last year, we visited our relatives in Antipolo, Cavite, and Albay. But unlike last year, we now have our baby with us.

It's the first time that we are traveling with Baby Fiel. It was a real challenge.

Baby Fiel is now 4 months and 2 weeks old. She smiles a lot. She can now lift her head and make some loud noises.

Our vacation started December 22. Baby Fiel and I went ahead of my husband because he still had some work to do.

I was worried because my baby has a flu. She had a slight fever the day before our flight. On the day we left she no longer had fever but she is irritable.

After we checked in at the airport, while waiting for our plane to arrive, Fiel started crying. I tried everything I know to stop her from crying to no avail. Some of our co-passengers became worried too, asking me what's wrong with my baby.

Baby Fiel only stopped crying when the plane finally arrived. She didn't cry during the entire duration of our flight. But then the flight only lasted for less than an hour. Upon disembarking from the plane, she started crying again.

She stopped crying again when we were already in the taxi. The traffic was heavy, but thank God, Fiel was able to sleep inside the taxi.

My husband joined us after a few days.

we had a lot of fun. Our relatives, especially my nieces and nephews love to see my baby. Her fever never recurred and she recovered from the flu while we were on that vacation.

We also got lots of gifts.
